Section 8 Disposition versions

8. The following persons may be issued a general education teaching diploma for Cree and Kativik school boards:

(0.1)  the holder of a 60-credit Certificate in Education for First Nations and Inuit from McGill University;

(1)  the holder of a teaching licence equivalent to a general education teaching diploma in a Native community, without conditions, issued in another Canadian province or territory; and

(2)  the holder of a probationary general education teaching permit for Cree and Kativik school boards who has satisfied the supplementary training requirements as provided in subdivision 2 of Division 3 of Chapter 4.

8. The following persons may be issued a general education teaching diploma for Cree and Kativik school boards:

(1)  the holder of a teaching licence for a level equivalent to preschool education or the elementary or secondary level in a Native community, without conditions, issued in another Canadian province or territory; and

(2)  the holder of a probationary general education teaching permit for Cree and Kativik school boards who has satisfied the supplementary training requirements as provided in subdivision 2 of Division 3 of Chapter 4.
